You might notice from time to time on your Dashboard some errors. Each error is number coded in order to faster understand what went wrong. There is also a small explanation for each error, though if you want to learn more about why they happen, then please proceed below.
Before we start just keep in mind one thing, if the errors are rare, just disregard them, something unexpected might happen from time to time and Jarvee doesn’t know how to proceed so it will give an error. Your internet might be slow or having an intermittent connection hence the page might not have loaded correctly, some pages/sites may be temporarily down or even bugs from the social platforms themselves might happen. If the errors are rare and not for the same action every time just let them be, usually Jarvee will retry the action.
On the other hand, when there are a lot of errors or one repeating error for the same feature please make sure to contact us as soon as you spot it, the social sites change how their pages look like from time to time and we will update that as soon as we find it or you report it to us.
Now let’s see what types of errors you might encounter and what they all mean, here’s the list of the error codes you may encounter:
501/505 – No divs on page. We assume no internet connection, so check whether you have a slow proxy or intermittent internet connection.
506 – The embedded browser has crashed during operations. Please contact support for further assistance.
180 – Facebook displayed a captcha. If you are using links on your post then it looks like the link you are using is blocked by Facebook.
Here are some things you can do to solve this issue.
- Change your link if it’s an option
- Invest a captcha breaker service (DeathbyCaptcha or 2Captcha) and configure it on Jarvee Settings – Connectivity tab – Captcha servers so that whenever Facebook ask you to fill out a captcha, Jarvee will automatically do it for you.
- Utilize the clickable image post feature on Jarvee.
- However, if you aren’t using links and use images instead then most likely that Facebook caught on the image you are posting as a duplicate. You can solve this by uploading a different image and using spin syntax on your post caption.
190 – Facebook has displayed a blocking popup. Your post contains an URL that is blocked by Facebook. You cannot post that URL on any group or page. Please remove the URL from the post (or use a clickable image post) in order to avoid this error
55 – Read-only Facebook/Google Plus page/group. The destination where you are trying to publish is read-only for your account and Jarvee cannot publish where you do not have the right to publish, it will signal it with an error. Groups and pages may change access rights over time so this might happen once in a while.
105,160 – Facebook has displayed a popup when trying to publish. This usually happens when you try to publish the exact same post on a page twice. Facebook will stop you as they see a re-post. Check your post or the destination you are publishing to see if there was an error on your part.
113 – Facebook has displayed a restriction popup. The content you are providing is blocked. This can happen when you are trying to share a link marked as spam, try posting the same content manually and see what happens
81 – Facebook has displayed a “Slow down message”. That means you are close to a penalty on some Facebook actions, such as sharing, liking, group joining and so on. Jarvee will stop the tool that generated an 81 error so that you do not get banned. A global notification (on the Dashboard) will also be created so that you know what happened.
47,48 – Facebook does not send out a post when the application clicks on “Post”. This can mean that a Facebook restriction for groups is in place. Check if you can manually do that action and also check the Facebook restriction page for that account (while you are logged in to the account in question).
50 – You are trying to join a Google Plus community that will not accept your account (you have a ban in place when trying to join that community).
100 – The campaign is set up to choose specific community categories when posting on Google Plus and no suitable category has been found and you have disabled the option to choose the first category.
61 – No users found for an Auto Follow operations. Jarvee will try up to 4 times to re-execute the operation (with other randomly chosen input parameters).
91 – When executing a Group share on Facebook there are no group names coming from the destination autocomplete textbox. Most likely the account cannot share posts on groups. Jarvee
will execute an alternative operation – posting the full URL of the post on the group. (that will produce pretty much the same results)
0 – If you have an antivirus, it has most likely deleted some Jarvee files. You will need to exclude Jarvee from your antivirus software and do the basic troubleshooting (you may contact support for further assistance).
1 – Email is missing from the page. You need to check your proxy if it’s working by opening your embedded browser and accessing the account specific social networking site. If you are unable to load the pages, then you would need to change your proxy or contact your proxy provider.
2 – Invalid credentials. Delete your username and password in the username and password field on your Social Profile – Account Settings tab. After that re-enter your credentials and hit the Verify Account button.
12 – Could not locate drop text area. This usually means that the page did not completely load that is why Jarvee is unable to locate the text field. Check your proxy if you are using a proxy, if not then check your internet connection as it might be slow or having an intermittent connection.
For all errors you can check the Embedded Browser of the account having the issue when that particular action is taking place to see what is happening at that exact time, this can provide a solution either for you directly or by contacting us with more information so we can solve the problem quickly.
