Search The JARVEE Knowledge Base
The majority of the social platforms we offer perform their actions solely in the embedded browser. With this tool, you can keep track of the primary and secondary embedded browsers open for your social profiles in JARVEE. You can quickly determine how many embedded browsers are active, which accounts they belong to, and which tool makes use of them.
Navigating the Embedded Browsers tool
Please navigate to the GLOBAL TOOLS tab where you will find the Embedded Browser tool, as seen in the screenshot below. The tool has two sub-tabs:
Primary Embedded Browsers
This tab contains several columns that present various details about the embedded browsers that are currently running in JARVEE:
- # and ID: This is the unique identifier assigned to the executing task and this quickly tells as well how many browsers are open.
- ACCOUNT: This shows the the social profile associated with the respective embedded browser.
- DURATION: Displays the length of time for that the primary embedded browser has been running.
- ACTION: This lets you know the specific tool and action being executed for that account.
- ACTION DURATION: The duration of time taken for the action is displayed here.
- OTHER ACTIONS
- BROWSE: You can open the embedded browser by clicking here.
- KILL: This option allows you to terminate the primary embedded browser. Note that doing so may warrant “error code 0 – embedded browser got stuck during operations”.
- GO TO LOG FILE: This will direct you to the logs file for that browser action.
Secondary Embedded Browsers
The secondary embedded browsers are for actions such as extracting campaign posts for the What to Publish > Scrape Posts tab or Social Exchange actions.
Where can I control the number of primary and secondary browsers?
If you want JARVEE to have more or fewer browsers running at the same time, go to Settings > Embedded Browser tab and you may modify the options highlighted below:
Note that increasing the number of browsers may result to latency issues and decreasing the number of browsers may result to fewer actions made by the tools.
