Search The JARVEE Knowledge Base
Following users on Twitter using JARVEE can be critical for establishing an engaged audience and growing your presence. By automating the follow process, you can efficiently connect with potential followers who share similar interests or demographics, increasing the likelihood of them following you back. This strategy helps expand your follower base, enhance your social proof, and potentially boost your reach and engagement on the platform.
Using the Twitter Follow tool
Go to the TOOLS tab, click on your Twitter account, and select the Follow tool. It has four sub-tabs: Settings, Follow Sources, Extracted Users, and Results.
Settings tab
This main control panel allows you to customize the tool’s behavior and frequency of use. Its five primary areas allow you to personalize your experience. Among the sections are:
Run Timers
- How long does it take before JARVEE starts a new Follow operation.
- Specify the number of users to be followed on each operation. JARVEE will randomly select a value from the x – y range indicated.
- The tool’s hours of operation.
- You can let the tool take a break for a few minutes once it executes x – y number of executions.
- You can set a time limit for the tool’s pause after a predetermined number of follows are finished
- Tick the boxes for the day(s) that you want the tool to operate.
The Rotate Days option allows you to adjust and rotate the operating days weekly. For example, if you choose Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the program will generate a different set of three days for the following week. You can also choose to omit weekends from the rotation if you do not wish to follow users on weekends.
Follow Limits
- The Follow tool lets you set a daily limit. Once attained, it will cease to operate until the next day. Users who want to warm up their accounts can also set the daily cap to gradually increase until it reaches its desired daily limit. Just be cautious when utilizing this function.
- This option allows you to set an hourly cap, which works similarly to a daily cap.
- You can use this feature to tell JARVEE to switch between the Follow and Unfollow tools based on specific parameters. Once you have checked the options in both tools, you only need to start one of them. JARVEE will then continue to switch between the tools as needed based on your selections made in the options.
- This gives you the option to alter how long the search page will scroll while attracting users. More people can be extracted with longer scroll times, but exercise caution—setting it too high could cause timeout problems and cause Twitter to cease showing search results.

Here, you have only one option: instead of following the people in order, you can choose to follow random users selected from the extracted list as listed in the Extracted Users page.
After Follow Actions
- You can configure the tool to like some of the users’ tweets with the follow action.

Extracted Users tab
This page contains the preliminary user list that was derived from the source or sources that you supplied. Here, the names of the people you selected to follow from a provided list will be added automatically. JARVEE will examine each of these users’ profiles separately to see if the user filters you selected on the Follow > Settings tab apply to that particular user. If the user’s behavior passes your filter or filters, they will be followed. If not, you may also view the filter/s that the user failed here.
You can reset all things with failed filters by clicking on the RESET ITEMS WITH FAILED FILTERS button above if you wish to attempt following a user again after altering your filters.
Results tab
You may view the users that were followed by JARVEE in this tab, along with further details like:
- The time and date that the user was being followed
- his/her Twitter username
- the source used (keyword column)
- you’ll also see whether or not this individual followed you back.
- you can see whether or not you unfollowed these people using JARVEE in the unfollowed column.
You can also import followers, export follow back ratio, export results, and remove results.
✅ One useful statistic that shows you how effective your follow sources are is the follow back ratio. It helps you decide which sources to keep and which to dismiss. The quantity of people who follow you back once you follow them determines this function. Therefore, it is important to keep the sources that attract the greatest number of followers.
✅ You will see that you have the ability to import users that you have personally followed. This will be covered in more detail in the Unfollow tool article and is especially useful for unfollowing people you’ve followed outside of JARVEE.
