In this tutorial, you will find 2 possible solutions for the “Jarvee can’t connect to licensing server” error. Please try “Solution 1” first.
Solution 1
Please go to Jarvee installation folder: Go to Desktop, right-click on Jarvee desktop shortcut and click on Open File location;
If you don’t see Jarvee shortcut:
Open C:/ drive
In the address bar, type %AppData% and click enter
Find the Jarvee folder and open it;
– Look for Updater.exe and right-click it then choose Run as administrator;
– If it’s not working then please add Jarvee to Windows Defender Exclusions list: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus
If that doesn’t fix the issue, please try “Solution 2”.
Solution 2
Right-click on Jarvee desktop shortcut and click on Open File location
Find these files:
– Browser
– ControlCenter
– Updater
– Jarvee
Right-click on each file > Properties and check the box “Run as Administrator”.
See if that solves your issue.
