Should you need assistance, you can get in touch with us via the Contact Support tab in the Dashboard section.
The Contact form in Contact support tab contains the following:
1. Email field where you can add the email you want to receive replies to. When contacting support, please use the email you used for JARVEE account registration since we might need additional info regarding your account and license.
2. Category dropdown menu, where you can choose the category of the email so it can be delivered to the correct department.
3. Text field, where you will describe your issue. Please try to provide a detailed explanation of the problem.
4. When contacting us, make sure you also check “Send product logs to investigate your issue” box so we can identify the problem easier.
5. In the event that you need to send us some screenshots so we can get a better idea regarding the issue you encountered, you can use the Send Photos option. Just click on the PHOTOS button and add the appropriate photos/screenshots.
6. Once you’re all set, you can click the ‘Send Ticket’ button to get the message over to the support team.
7. If for any reason you can’t access the contact form inside the application, you can always contact us directly at via our online form or by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
