If you are trying to login to your JARVEE account and getting the following error:
Local data is locked for ‘email@example.com’. Please use that account or contact support!
That happens when you try to login with a new email to a JARVEE instance that was previously logged in to using another email.
For security reasons, we lock the data to the previously logged in email and that’s why you won’t be able to login using any other email.
You can either:
- Log in using the email that the data is logged in for.
- If for some reason, you don’t want to do that. Please, send us an email to contact(at)jarvee.com explaining why and we will help you out with that.
