Jarvee License Limit Reached
If you are getting the following error when trying to login to your JARVEE account:
You have reached the maximum number of computers you can run your Jarvee account on at the same time.
Your Jarvee account is valid for x computer(s). In order to log in from a new computer, you need to remove one of the computers that are already in use.
That happens when you try to log in using another computer while your JARVEE license is logged in on another device. You have two options when that happens:
- Buy more Licenses if you need to use JARVEE on another device. How Can I upgrade To The Next Higher Plan explain in detail how you can do that.
- Click on Unlink A Computer button. And go to the Licenses page and remove all computers from there, then log in to the JARVEE app again.
If you are not logged in inside any other computer, that can sometimes happen after a Windows update, your computer can change the name or any other data and Jarvee sees it as a new computer.
If that happens, just log in here: http://bit.ly/2ypv9G1 and go to the Licenses page and remove all computers from there by clicking on the red X:
Then log in to the JARVEE app, you won’t lose any settings or data so don’t worry about that.
