The Computer That You Are Using Is Blacklisted
If you are trying to login to your JARVEE account and getting the following error:
The computer that you are using is blacklisted, you cannot connect to your JARVEE account from it.
As shown in the screenshot below:
That happens when you try to login to your JARVEE account from a computer that you previously blacklisted from your Account == Licenses tab:
So, if you want to whitelist it. All you have to do is:
- Log into your JARVEE account on the web (https://bit.ly/2sYFUJX)
- Go to Licenses
- Uncheck the box under the Blacklist column for your computer
And that’s it, you should be able to login to your JARVEE from your computer after doing so.
If your computer is getting blacklisted a lot and you are not the one doing it, it means that someone else has access to your JARVEE account, you should change your account password – How Can I Change My Password? – to prevent anyone from manipulating the list of your blacklisted computers or anything like that.
The Blacklist option is helpful when you are not near your PC and you want to stop Jarvee from performing actions.
You can just log in to your JARVEE account online and blacklist your computer and once you are near the PC you can whitelist it and make the changes you want.
