If you want to change your JARVEE account email. You need to get in touch with us either from:
The contact us page or by sending an email to contact(at)jarvee.com.
Please make sure that you contact us using your current JARVEE account email, otherwise and for security reasons, we won’t be able to change your account email.
If for some reason, you don’t have access to your current JARVEE account email anymore, you can contact us from any other email but make sure your email contains the following:
- Your current JARVEE account email.
- The PayPal account email you used to make the payments using.
With that, we will be able to change your account email.
