To be able to filter users that you will follow based on gender, you need to use the option below on the Follow tool Settings tab at the USER FILTERS section, see screenshot below:

What you need to do is to check either “Males”, “Females” or “Both Males and Females” instead of All, otherwise, the filter will be ignored.

In order for this to work, you need to choose the language you want to target, using the dropbox option, you can choose the language that fits your needs.

Once you choose the Language, you will need to add the names that Jarvee will target since Instagram doesn’t have any option to filter the users based on Gender, Jarvee will use the names instead to identify users to follow.

To add the list of names you want to target, please go to SETTINGS –> Social Platform –> Instagram Tab and scroll down to the bottom of the tab and check the option below, see screenshot below

By default, the English names are added, you can either use those names or add your own list if you want.

If you choose to use another Language, you will need to select it on the option highlighted in blue then add your list of names for that language, otherwise, the Filter will be ignored if there are no names added for the language.

Please note, if you want to add your own list of names, please make sure to add them separated by a comma as indicated on the default list.
