The error means that the path where Jarvee is installed has an illegal character, you need to move the Jarvee folder to another place where the path doesn’t have that character anymore.

These are the illegal characters that you may not use in your installation path: ( ? / : * ” < > | ; )

A Path with an illegal character:

C:\Users\sbout?\AppData\Roaming

A path without an illegal character:

C:\Users\sbout\AppData\Roaming

Please right-click on Jarvee shortcut on the desktop, and click on Open file location.

You will be taken to the Jarvee folder.

Click on “Roaming”, then copy the Jarvee folder.

Move the Jarvee folder to another location that doesn’t have an illegal character anymore. We suggest you move it to C:\Jarvee.

And then enter the Jarvee folder and try to run it from there by double-clicking the Jarvee icon. See if that solves your issue.
