If Jarvee doesn’t want to open on your end after installing it, please try these two solutions:
Solution 1:
Please install the following .Net framework: https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-framework-runtime
And then force update Jarvee:
1- Go to Jarvee installation folder: To do that, please go to Desktop, right-click on Jarvee desktop shortcut and click on Open File location.
If you don’t see Jarvee shortcut:
Open C:/ drive
In the address bar, type %AppData% and click enter
Find the Jarvee folder and open it;
3- Look for Updater.exe and right-click it then choose Run as administrator;
4- If it’s not working then please add Jarvee to Windows Defender or Anti Virus Exclusions list: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028485/windows-10-add-an-exclusion-to-windows-defender-antivirus
If you are using Malwarebytes or Webroot, please uninstall it and restart your PC and then try again.
5- You can test with https://www.virustotal.com/ to make sure it`s a false positive.
This should update Jarvee to the last version and it should work fine after that.
If the first solution didn’t work, please try the next solution.
Solution 2:
Please go to your desktop and right-click the Jarvee icon and choose open file location, You need to move the whole Jarvee folder to another place for example:
– Your desktop, please follow the steps below:
1. Please go to Desktop, right-click on Jarvee desktop shortcut and click on Open File location.
2. Click on “Roaming”, then copy the Jarvee folder.
3. Go back to the Desktop and right-click to past the Jarvee folder.
4. Open the Jarvee folder and Run Jarvee.exe.
– Or directly in C partition, please follow the steps below:
1. Please go to Desktop, right-click on Jarvee desktop shortcut and click on Open File location.
2. Click on “Roaming”, then copy the Jarvee folder.
3. Click on the C Drive folder as you can see in the screenshot below.
4. Right-click to paste the Jarvee folder.
5. Open the Jarvee folder and Run Jarvee.exe.
And then enter the Jarvee folder and try to run it from there by double-clicking the Jarvee icon. See if that solves your issue.
