Following and Unfollowing is a proven technique used grow an Instagram account but some abuse this action making it appear as spam-like activity which can hurt the trust score of the account.
To improve your trust score you need to work on your engagement rate. And when we talk about engagement, what comes to mind is authentic likes and comments on your posts that help increase your account’s trustworthiness.
What is IG Engagement Groups Tool?
If you are a member of comment pods, you will find the IG Engagement Groups tool a big help. This tool will help you manage all your participating accounts in one place.
To start using the tool, click on Global Tools > IG Engagement Groups tab. It has two sub-tabs – Comments and Likes.
The Comments sub-tab
This is where you can add the accounts that are members of your Instagram pods or engagement groups. These are the accounts that will give and receive comments.
The comment actions executed through the IG Engagements Group tool works pretty much the same way as that of the Comment tool. However, the comment actions executed via IG Engagement Groups are not restricted by user and post filters.
Sections of the Comments sub-tab
1. Run Timers section
- The run timers allow you to define the interval time you wish to set in between operations.
- Comment as fast as possible – this is an option if you want it to ignore the run timers and just comment as fast as it can on each post. Note: Use this option at your own risk.
- Check the option ‘Keep the tool started’ if you want the tool to remain active even when all comments have been posted
2. Run Limits section
- This is the setting that enables you to control the maximum number of comments daily and hourly per selected account
3. Accounts Used To Comment section

The Category option is used to limit the accounts that will interact with each other. We will talk more about this option as we go along.

- Now, that you have added the accounts that will give and receive the comments, you are now ready to add your comment message.
- You can use spintax on your comment message to add variations and you can also add emojis to make it more interesting.
- There are several supported tokens* which when used will be replaced by the matching user information.
*Example: [USERNAME] will be replaced with the username of the account that is receiving the comment.
Comment by category:
- Earlier we mentioned about Category. This is a nifty feature that enables you to set apart the accounts which will be used to comment and the accounts that will receive that specific comments.
- How this works is you add the same keyword in the Category of the accounts that will interact with each other
- You can set-up a specific comment for each category
Example: accounts that have keyword “dog” in Category, will only comment on accounts that have “dog” category as well and it will use the comment configured for that particular category.
