Leaving comments on LinkedIn as your company page can help your brand become more visible and engaging. You can showcase your brand’s expertise, develop connections with other users, and draw potential followers to your page by making thoughtful and pertinent comments on other users’ posts. Additionally, comments can broaden the audience for your page by showing up in other users’ newsfeeds and notification panes. With JARVEE’s LinkedIn Comment as Page tool, you can quickly complete this task.
How to access the LinkedIn Comment as Page tool
To access the tool you need to go to TOOLS page > click on your LinkedIn Profile > then click on the Comment as Page tool from the tools list on the left. There are 4 tabs available for the Comment as Page tool – Settings, Sources, Extracted Posts, and Results.
Settings tab
The settings tab is divided into Run Timers, Comment Limits, and Settings.
Run Timers
- Wait between X and Y minutes before each new operation – lets you specify the amount of time before the tool begins a new operation.
- Comment between X and Y items per operation – you can choose how many posts will be commented on per operation.
- Execute between HH:MM and HH:MM – with this option, you can decide what time the tool executes the scheduled tasks. Additional intervals may be added, or the timers may even be made random.
- Add random sleep time – once A and B number of operations have been completed, this will enable the tool to rest for X and Y minutes before beginning a new operation.
- Days of the week when to operate – the days on which the tool will carry out the actions are up to you.
💡 By selecting the Rotate Days option, you can change the Comment as Page tool’s operating days at random once a week. For instance, if you selected Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, the tool will choose a different set of three days for the upcoming week. You can also decide to take the weekends out of the rotation if you don’t want to post comments on the weekends.
Comment Limits
- When the daily cap is reached, the tool will automatically stop commenting on posts until the following day. You can do this to set a daily cap for the tool. For users who want to warm up their accounts, you can also set the daily cap to increase gradually until it reaches your daily target; just be sure to do so.
- You can set an hourly cap with this option, which works similarly to a daily cap.
Settings
- You may opt to shorten all the URLs from the comments
- You may also comment on random items from the Extracted Posts list instead of commenting on the older items first.
Sources tab
Since you will be commenting as a page, you’ll also need to select which page should the comment be applied to for every source. If there are no Pages showing up, make sure that you have enabled syncing Pages under Social Profiles > account > Show Advanced Profile Settings > Synchronization section.
- Comment on posts by keywords – You can use this source option to comment on posts found through a LinkedIn keyword search. Separate the keywords with a comma. Click the ADD INPUT button after you’ve entered your keywords and written your caption. They will be added below the source option in the table.
- Comment on posts by url – If you already have a URL for the posts you want to comment on, you can use this source option. To add multiple post URLs, separate them with a new line before clicking the ADD TO EXTRACTED POSTS button. The post will be automatically added to the Extracted Posts tab, with the keyword MANUAL.
- Like comments from Walls/Pages/Profiles– Use this source option to leave comments on posts made on LinkedIn walls/pages/groups. In the provided box, enter the URL of the target wall/group/profile; if you have multiple target walls/groups/profiles, separate them with a new line. When you click the ADD button, your target groups/walls/profiles are added to the table below the source option.
Don’t forget to specify which page should execute the action otherwise, the action will be executed as the LinkedIn profile.
For all sources, you may choose to also send secondary comments after X – Y hours.
To add your secondary comment messages, click on the EDIT SECONDARY COMMENTS action link. You may either choose to send all comments OR send the comments randomly.
Extracted Posts tab
The posts that will be the subject of comments will be listed here. The reason will be listed in a specific column if it is not commented on because it failed a particular filter.
You can DELETE ALL items, EXPORT ALL, and IMPORT a CSV file (if you have one; if not, see the export sample for the CSV format) using the action buttons. You can SEND TO/SPLIT WITH OTHER ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME TAGS under MORE ACTIONS, as well as RESET ITEMS WITH FAILED FILTERS for this account and for all accounts.
