First of all, you will need to have a destination. A destination is a place where something is to be sent. 

You can publish the post on one account only, OR you can send the post to multiple accounts’ pages/groups/walls/stories which is easier when you set up a Destination List. You can learn more about Destinations and Destination Lists from the Campaign — Where to Publish tab Knowledge Base article. 

After that, you will need to set up a campaign that will start publishing your posts to your destination list. Here’s a full tutorial on how to do that:
